The caravan is about a ten minute walk from the night entertainment/pub/arcades. We would 100% book again, brilliant for a family of 4 plus a dog. Thank you.

The location was perfect and very quiet - even on the evening of the England match! I can't recommend it enough.

  We’re just back from a wonderful stay at Joel’s caravan. Joel was the perfect host; welcoming, friendly and super helpful. He was brilliant with our chatty 12 year old. The... read more caravan itself was all you could ask; comfortable, spotlessly clean and with all facilities you could need for a home away from home. The location is also perfect; situated in a very quiet spot, very near a beautiful beach and yet an easy walk into all Skegness. There’s some great places to eat within a 10 minute walk and Skegness is great fun for families. The Fairy Dell is highly recommended for kids who love splashing around in water. All in all a perfect family break, would highly recommend and definitely go back.

We were able to check in early, which was a bonus as we had heavy bags.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joel's caravan to any family. Communication was quick and simple.

The location is great on site, positioned overlooking some grass and well planted boarders... read more so you feel quite private.
It’s a quiet area so perfect for relaxing and young family’s.
Joel is an excellent host, he’s around if you need him and gives you the space if you don’t. He makes a real effort and left us some lovely buckets and spades on arrival for the kids which they loved!
